Tom and Daniel’s mum, Bia graduated in Psychology at Mackenzie University and holds a post-graduate degree in Business from FGV. Bia worked in the HR department at Itau, Vivo and C&A, always with a focus on leadership development. She spent a month in the northern-state of Acre, on an expedition distributing school material to remote riverside communities. Bia has volunteered in several orphanages.
